      Pros

      OpenSesame is a group of smart, hard-working people who always push for the best possible results while maintaining an appreciation for each individual's growth and success. I enjoyed working there and am happy to see them succeeding.

      Cons

      As the company grows, I think there are some challenges from leadership in accepting that they will need to let employees have a little more freedom to move on an opportunity/project without management's direct involvement.
