20 years of innovation on Television - one of the very best Some of the smartest people in the business came out of OpenTV Impressive patent and innovation Very good tech with OpenTV middleware (OTV5)

Cons

Nagra is going to kill the business with extremely poor SVP German leadership Many of the smart people left to Start-ups, Google and Amazon Latest product team has zero clue & delusional - prior team was one of the very best in business - this situation is very difficult for engineering
