They are a little more employee-centric being a Swiss company. Benefits, compensation, and retirement contributions exceed most american companies offerings.

None really to speak of.

It is a leader company for working for DVB industry and interactive TV. And for the embedded software.

Cons

DVB industry is too small, and the technology is too traditional. When you are facing a new job. The experience might not help you.
