- Heavy Investment into the Cyber Areas of the business - Strong and Growing Channel and Accounts Teams - Flexible Working - Well known International Business - Health Care - Mental Health - Support from Managers and other members of the team

Cons

- If I were to offer one suggestion, i'd say more Office Days for staff to collaborate

- Good Cyber Security Portfolio - Engineers/SE team is great and supportive - Remote job

Cons

- Terrible Management - The leaders make promises that are never fulfilled - Micromanaging environment - Salary less than competition - Discrimination in management - HR will never support you even if you have been wronged and have the evidence for it - Solutions are lagging behind competitors - Not focussed on cyber security at all, focus is on numbers not team growth or solutions
