Pros

Exposure to enterprise-level projects and technologies. Opportunities to work with global teams. Good work-life balance in most roles. Stable organization with a broad portfolio of products. Decent benefits and job security.

Cons

Slow decision-making processes and bureaucracy. Outdated tools and systems in some departments. Limited career progression opportunities without changing teams or roles. Management communication can be inconsistent, especially during reorganizations. Company culture can feel rigid; innovation isn’t always encouraged.

Pros

Company offer great work life balance Pick and drop service, food service

Cons

They are working on old tech stacks Most of the days there is now work, people just come to eat sleep and talk No skill growth here There can be little biasness between team members, if you manager is from a specific culture he will only prefer to talk and give work to the people who are from there culture, for other they will maintain distance, do micromanagement for them In 1:1 managers will always make you feel bad and un wanted, and alot of criticism, they will expect you to do something extra for the company along with the work,
