- High salary for fresh grad - Great benefits and bonuses - Friendly colleagues

Cons

- Managers are micro managing and the management has very high expectations which will lead to burnout. - Proprietary tools (EDI only), your experience here is not marketable outside. - Constant process changes which is very confusing. - Expects you to do end to end job, and will expect that you know everything after the training. - Permanent night shift - Very strict target and productivity, no resting allowed..
