Pros

Stock purchasing options are available for full-time employees.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Silo'd departments. Acquiring so many companies that you get lost in the shuffle. The benefits are the worst I have seen in the industry. Management has no idea what you do, especially for technical people.

Pros

You can be assured you will receive your paycheck. The health benefits are solid.

Cons

No one cares what you're doing. You can go above and beyond and it won't be recognized beyond a "good job!" Good luck getting pay raises above 4% even if your role drastically changes.
