      Pros

      Some really amazing people in the company, great facilities on the whole, dependent on manager you can have flexible working.

      Cons

      CEO runs the show with an iron fist and has no clue whats going on. Management of some teams is truly diabolical. Career progression doesn't exist. Benefits such as "paid for training" are blocked by management. HR is truly terrible.
