Pros
Easy going environment. Management is approachable and communication between the various departments is smooth. Good holiday policy and health insurance benefit.
Cons
No opportunities to career progression. Very slow pace environment that could be demotivating. Poor management decision making. HR department is unsupportive. No annual pay increase or any type of raise based on performances. Pay distribution are inconsistent within the same departments. Professional development is not welcome and based more on personal likability than on actual proficiency.
