Pros

Excellent work-life balance Handsome salary Great work culture Friendly people

Cons

No career growth at all. If you're a developer who loves to learn new technologies and develop things from scratch, this company is NOT for you. You'll work at old, legacy code, and frankly, the work is mostly about fixing bugs in the existing code, rather than writing new code to develop features from scratch. If you're married, have children, and are looking for a company to settle in, this place is the best for you.
