Pros

Relaxed work life balance, and great team in San Diego

Cons

Slow to get anything approved(anti Agile). New projects need Executive approval. Software licenses like IDE's need CEO approval(come on). This means exciting work on new projects doesn't happen. Benefits and pay are mediocre. A very "bean counter" type company that doesn't seem to care about innovation or technology.
