Pros

Work-Life Balance was great, company winter holiday is nice Got to work with newer technology Great co-workers Starting benefits/salary is good

Cons

Closed a large number of offices permanently with little to no warning Reduced pay then bragged about their most profitable quarter ever All growth seems to be through external acquisitions High level of micromanaging by ELT Very little time to improve existing projects, always moving to the next thing, leads to technical debt Good luck getting recognition from higher levels if you are not a salesman/administrator Regular raises are not that high, only gave large raises when had a competitive offer
