Horrible Culture forced on newly aquired company

Interesting work, Fantastic colleagues. Good career development.

Cons

I work for a company that was recently acquired by Opentext. They've forced return to office 3 days a week with no consultation. They don't seem to have any respect of the ways we work. Everything has to be done the Opentext way. They are cutting benefits while spending money on events that stroke the ego of upper management.
