      Forget about work-life balance, growth salary and creative environment

      Unfortunately I have nothing to mention.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this company to others. The combination of a dying software products, micro-management style of leadership, lack of diversity, limited work flexibility, and a scattered product focus make it a challenging place to work. I would also caution anyone under the age of 40 to stay away from this company. Don't waste your time. You can't grow here. While the CEO may seems to be knowledgeable, there is a distinct lack of diversity and perspective within the organization. This can lead to a stagnant work environment that is not conducive to growth or innovation. Additionally, the salary offered by company is below market standards.

      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation policy, training. Seldom had to work overtime, good work life balance. Friendly employees, upbeat work culture.

      Cons

      Like most jobs in IT, the work load can be heavy if the person is un-able to manage one's deadlines. Good communication between colleagues and superiors is required.
