Pros

Work life balance. Good team. Old technology. Less stress.

Cons

Opentext keeps on acquiring new companies but don't bother to care for their old employees. I have been working with opentext for past 5 years, but they do not value you after some point. Hikes are very bad; they don't even match the industry criteria. They only value new joiners and freshers but to existing employees they won't even value or give respect. They will wait for you to leave the company. The amount of respect they give for new joiners compared to old employees is worst. Only join if you want a temporary place.

Pros

Employee friendly, good pay and flexible policies.

Cons

Most products are on old technologies. No great scope of learning. Poor work-life balance. They don't even spend on good infrastructure facilities like hardware, software etc. They just keep on acquiring different companies and expand their business.
