No Job security, No bonus, cost cutting

Infrastructure and environment Joining Hike Inhouse projects Year end celebration

Cons

Constant and frequent layoff( if you check company's last 10yr history they used to Acquire many companies and when ever they do they will downsize the ppl count) , No bonus (means they will cheat you on your on that part) You may choose this Company for good offer like I did but you need to realize the fact that if your job is secure than only u can met the offer amount

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

They are the Borg of the IT world at the moment. They consume compaines and only the "In Crowd" get to stay around. Its very clear they dont make an attempt to keep the talent running. Honestly I don't know how they continue to operate considering the way they support their infrastructure.
