Infrastructure and environment Joining Hike Inhouse projects Year end celebration

Cons

Constant and frequent layoff( if you check company's last 10yr history they used to Acquire many companies and when ever they do they will downsize the ppl count) , No bonus (means they will cheat you on your on that part) You may choose this Company for good offer like I did but you need to realize the fact that if your job is secure than only u can met the offer amount

Pros

While they claim to be "pro-employee" they are very much pro-Canadian employee. As long as you are a Canadian, your job should be safe. And US based role is in jeopardy.

Cons

Laying off all Americans. I do not see relevant data on location based statistics for the last 4 rounds of layoffs. The bulk of the "trimming" has been based in US. This is cost savings. Additionally, they post US based jobs for 24 hours then pull those and post H1B notifications that they could not find equivalent US resources and need to outsource for cheaper money.
