Pros

Not much work you will get lot of free time to enjoy your office time .it may bring your energy level down if you have come from start up .

Cons

they claim its agile .buts nothing really followed.big stand up meetings with no one having clear idea(most of them are new to product ,old guys have left the company),Senior leads acting like boss,for a small code review have to wait at their desk and get it reviewed.If you like such environment join. many one man shows not a team show.

1. Cab facility 2. Work life balance in most of the teams

Cons

1. This year appraisal cycle removed without proper intimation. 2. Most of the products on maintenance and old technologies, No much work to do. 3. Given pink slips for most of the people in higher band. 4. Bonus given was around 85% because of company poor performance. Usually it would be around 120%. 5. Average salary hike will be around 4%. 6. No work from home option, removed recently.
