Pros

Interns & freshers get nice pay. Lateral joinee can get any amount they ask. Gym reimbursement(upto 12k)

Cons

No work from home option. Strict 9-5 timing Don't expect any hike Most of the projects are support and legacy projects. you will be busy full day but you don't learn anything new. Very bad management. They can take any decisions and implement overnight. Small food court Very less paid to existing employee No mbo payment on time Hike is getting pushed a lot higher management doesn't have correct idea what to do... They keep changing the plans which is affecting employees badly They can hire people even without interview. No cab facility
