They had some great employees at some point.

Cons

If your company is acquired by OpenText leave as soon as you can. They make a lot of promises about the transition and none of them are true. I worked for a small company with a lot of great people. Most of them are gone now because they were either let go or left because OpenText is too toxic. They are too big to reach people that can make decisions that can improve things. They will gut your support teams and leave your clients wondering what happened.
