Pros

Decent work life balance. Company shut down over Christmas is nice. If you're the kind of person who just wants to keep his/her head down and do his/her job, this is an OK place. Some very good people in senior leadership positions.

Cons

Typical big company. Nothing gets done quickly. Ridiculously centralized top-down decision making. Annual merit increases are laughable, less than the increases in cost of living. So effectively you're making less money the longer you work there. A lot of lip service about caring for the employees but not much to back it up. All their growth is from acquisition so it's a mish mash of technology, most of it old.
