Pros

Diversity in the product portfolios in EIM domain and crave for adapting new technologies makes OT stand apart from other mid range product companies. Work-Life balance. 8:30-5:30 office timings. To-and-Fro transportation. As long as one contributes responsibly and more than reasonable, one doesn't need to look back.

Cons

Slightly micro management happens from leadership group
