To-and-Fro transportation. As long as one contributes responsibly and more than reasonable, one doesn't need to look back.

- Very bad management - very less paid - no mbo payment on time - Hike is getting pushed a lot - higher management doesn't have correct idea what to do... They keep changing the plans which is affecting employees badly -attrition rate is very high. -no work life balance
