Pros

None anymore due to crazy folks at the top.

Cons

If you like being micromanaged and having your intelligence insulted on a weekly basis by people who have no clue what your job entails, then this is the company for you. Means Girls isn’t just a movie, it’s the marketing department. No real raises in years despite “record” quarters year after year.

Pros

Good for new hires but not for long term

Cons

They aren't cultivating leaders from within; instead, they're hiring managers externally
