      The new management in Singapore from the acquisition seems unfamiliar with our business, yet is operating as though they are fully versed in it, applying an SME-style sales approach to all sales functions.

      Where do I start? This company is an absolute joke. The management is shocking, the process is also terrible and if you truly care about your mental health you will not join. Even the commission structure is set out to not award people who work well (if the company do not hit their number you automatically lose 30% of your comms) My manager bullied me every day and eventually I had to leave, when I brought this up to people in other departments it turned out my manager had does this to others in the past but was protected by the higher ups. Seriously, don’t waste your energy on this horrendous company.
