OT is an asset management company and not a software company. Slavish devotion to stock price will eventually destroy this company, or have it sold to another company in a moment of absolute irony.

- No value for employees - Top performers are being removed due to hearsays - Those who question the decision of the onshore team are being asked to leave. They do not consider or even listen to the opinion of their employees in Manila. - They do not anticipate the consequences of anything they rollout (process change, role change, reorganization) - They treat their employees as robots that should know what to do without proper training - If you work here expect information overload and be burned out from all the work. Better look for another company.
