Work-life balance is amazing, learning new technologies is always encouraged and appreciated. They provided really good covid vaccination drive/test fee reimbursement, tie up with different hospitals to get easy access to covid treatments during pandemic.

Cons

Transportation facility is not provided. No permanent wfh, likely a hybrid model.
