Not the worst, but bad enough

Pros

This place need engineering talent badly. Engineer has job security because dev managers don't know anything. If you need to get foot in door, this is good place to start because competitive candidates don't want work here. It's good place for average pay check.

Cons

Unfortunately, most negative comment about company in true. Company grows by acquisition, they acquire companies, cut fat and hold on to make back money; company don't know how to grow through successful technology or products. Big joke. They treat employees like garbage. The leadership and management profiling employees and getting away with whatever they can. During exit interview they ask positive glassdoor reviews from employees. If offered severance, they want you to sign agreement to never speak out against the company or file law suit. I advise have lawyer assist with negotiations in this circumstance.
