More noticeably the newly hired or less tenured resources cause them to eventually leave or worse get hit by attrition later on. > I've heard rumors that other teams or departments are not that lenient and considerate when it comes to remote work arrangements which created a rift between the team managers and upper management. > Not much of a con but if you're not into end-to-end EDI (similar to a full stack developer) with a side of administrative tasks outside of your original role, you might struggle a bit with the pacing of work and learning new skills relevant to the role you're hired.
