Pros

Good resources and popular software

Cons

No salary raises, promotions based on popularity, understaffed departments, constant North American employment positions being sent overseas, heavy workload placed on employees, North American offices closing to balance expense costs of new companies and zero job security even after 10+ years.

Pros

Good work life balance. No one was ever pushed that hard

Cons

No real product strategy. Growth was by seemingly random company acquisitions and then those companies would be let to wither and die.
