This company is where careers go to die. It will strip away your confidence, drain your mental health, and leave you questioning your own worth. Micromanagement is suffocating — every move you make is watched, judged, and criticised. Management has no clue what you actually do, yet somehow finds endless ways to undermine and demoralise you. Empty promises are made to keep you hanging on, only to be broken time and time again. The environment is toxic: shouting across the office, humiliation disguised as “feedback,” and a culture built on fear, not trust. Any image of happiness you see online is pure fiction, backed by fake or coerced positive reviews.
