Pros

People here are generally very good. Hard working, understanding and trying to get things done. Products are very strong, market leaders etc. Not all products and none are perfection but generally the software works really well with lots of happy customers. Depending on your department, lots of scope to grow and develop your career. If you work at it you will be rewarded. No free rides, but plenty of room to do well. Lots of people who leave come back. Large numbers of return employees who prefer OpenText to the greener grass they sought.

Cons

Not lots of politics but there are some things that make love difficult. I’d say you find that in any company. It’s not too bad but sometimes a little frustrating. Pay can be a little hard to increase but not impossible. I’d say the pay is fair, above average but not stellar. If you work at it you can negotiate good pay but you have to drive this.
