I believe their salary is below average to the industry standard. There are some drastic changes in the management causing sudden reorgs which frustrates employees. Salary increase is also low.

This company is morally and ethically dead. The life has been sucked out of the employees by terrible policies and practices. Employees who get good reviews are not given salary increases - where is the motivation to do anything other than the minimal amount of work or help other depts when you get 0 recognition. New hires, especially sales, are only hired because they have a heart beat. Good sales staff have left in mass for multiple reasons. Other depts are being downsized and replaced overseas. Required office attendance means you get treated like you are in elementary school. The list goes on and on.
