      Fantastic people, smart, innovative, diverse As leader in ECM, it is a chance to set the standards and to learn what it takes to successfully market software to a global market.

      Cons

      Management is Impersonal, it is all about the money, follow the shareholder 90-day cycle rather than sound, long-term planning.

      Pros

      Great team spirit, great products and very interesting customers and projects lower and middle management ist very supportive and this is where the money comes from great flexibility in working time

      Cons

      decisions of CEO and upper management are quite poor and not understandable - very high level ideas (great visions) but ability to execute is bad lot of product problems but no one wants to know about it --> employees and lower/middle management get it on track on their own
