Pros

Good people. Nice buildings with lots of light. Decent benefits. Free coffee - it's not good but it's free!

Cons

Raises and bonuses are unheard of. Although there is a bonus program, there is always a multiplier of zero, even when the company is doing exceptionally well. The only way to progress your career is to transfer to another team or leave the company and then get re-hired in a more senior role. The Executive Leadership Team and upper management have no clue what is actually happening at the ground level. The product line is a disorganized mess. As a result of the continuous acquisitions, there are products competing against each other and a complete lack of innovation. Incomplete products are routinely released. Poor communication between teams. Most managers prefer the "CYA" approach to actually trying to solve problems through collaboration.
