Pros

Suprise to see all previous review about this company is true. It is a good place for worker bees. Offers very little if you are experienced in your field and looking to move forward in your career.

Cons

Alot of confusion in middle management and senior management level. Very little leadership. Still very much in the start up mode. Still can't believe salary adjustment is not based on performance.
