Pros

Compensation is OK, good balance between private and work life, clever and fun colleagues, working for a company that has never ceased growing on its market

Cons

No or very poor middle management No performance review No investment on People No promotion Poor integration strategy further to acquisition (pretty often have the feeling that Management is trying to put a triangle inside a square box)

Pros

OpenText is a good place to work for people either trying to balance work and family or for generic managers wanting to climb the corporate ladders slowly.

Cons

Slow corporate pace, lots of managerial overhead, unclear product strategies, unclear growth strategies, bulk of revenues coming from maintenance of legacy products.
