Pros

- Current push is for AI expertise and ingenuity - Relaxed atmosphere - Hybrid (3 days at office, 2 at home) for most employees

Cons

- All opportunities require AI skills and most are in India - In spite of AI push, many employees are lax/ambivalent about it - Shooting self in the foot--AI tools that would make process and products better are prohibited due to concerns about IP - Weak compensation and benefits, very low performance raises, even for the highest performers (non-existent for average or lower) - Global reach sometimes requires meetings at wee hours of the night/early morning

Pros

OpenText is a wonderful place for simpletons and stupidity. If you just want a job you might fine one here.

Cons

Honestly, do not work for this country if you are First Nations or Hispanic you are entirely screwed.
