      Pros

      Everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been a pleasure. The work environment is one of the best I have experienced. The company outlook is great and it is known from the top down that the employees are the reason for that.

      Cons

      The is a lot of change and at times, it can be frustrating and bring on feelings of uneasiness. I don't always feel like the opinions of the front line employees are taken into consideration a the top level.
