Disappointing experience

Pros

Good pay, benefits, immediate manager, with some innovative methods and processes.

Cons

This company grows by acquiring other companies. Beyond branding, there is little integration into the overall product line. The result is multiple, frequently overlapping products, operating independently, with no overarching leadership. This also leads to layoffs and politics.

Pros

-Good work life balance -Larger arena to display, leverage skills and knowledge -Can move around projects as multiple products are developed under the same roof -Provides shuttles/transportation to and fro work -Good annual events -You can reach out to your boss easily for raising concerns (how it is taken care is part of cons) -Work satisfaction will be very good -Acquires a new company almost every quarter, so can work with new products integrations -Manageable work pressure (except a few projects) -Employee friendly policies (slowly diminishing) -Very good agile development model to enrich your experience -Leaves lot of space to propose and accommodate technological enhancements in products

Cons

- Very bad paymaster for long-standing employees working year after year. I think they try to enforce the quote - never love your company. -Slowly moving away from Employee friendly policies

Dual/Triple Roles

Pros

Competitive Benefits. Nice workplace. Have lots of bonuses.

Cons

Used to love working here. However, the dual and triple roles and being paid the same stresses me out. They say that there is work-life balance. With the dual roles that we had encountered and then still have targets and deliveries to meet, how can we still have work and life balance? Politics here is strong.
