      Most of the Co-workers are very supportive.

      Cons

      Leaders/Managers lack management skills specially People Management, Resources Allocation. You may experience Managers playing favorites. Managers should be capable of solving all technical issues is their expectation but current managers were never being able to solve the technical issues nor they actively provided any suggestions. In most cases they don't even try to understand the issue.
