For ANA-DEV-QA role, salary is low. Annual increase is very minimal as well as promotion increase. Not recommended for long term.

Cons

Customer focus metric system. Low salary especially for senior EDI mappers. Old tools, limited career growth as only few companies offer EDI opportunities.
