Great work-life balance. Heavily sales focused, not really innovating. Growing via acquisition.

Cons

Lots of virtue signalling by all employees and leadership. Unfortunately, not a lot of those virtues displayed when required to act with integrity. Middle managers are prioritising their own careers over the opportunities that are available in the market. Heavily bureaucratic, you are just a number to a team of distant managers, no matter how well you perform.

I met a few nice colleagues.

All decisions and approvals (for anything) are made by one person, the CEO. It is a high-fear, low-trust micro management culture. The arrogance of many long term OT leaders is simply off the charts, including the top guy. You will never retire from this company so start looking for your next job on your first day. You are already on they layoff list, the timing just hasn't been finalized. 😁 If OT products were that stellar the stock price would reflect it..(look at the 10 year stock chart). Toxic workplace is an understatement. Lastly, they respond to all feedback posted here to try to "spin" perception. Please don't fall for it.
