Low pay masters

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Can work anytime and from anywhere in the country.

Cons

Very low pay. Bad upper management. They even laid off people actively working on customer projects. Middle managers have no decision making power. No training budget. Even for $100 expense needs higher management approval.

Pros

Good salary package and up to 15th month pay, hybrid setup

Cons

Unprofessional team, learned it the hard way. Interviwed in October 2024, gave me a verbal job offer with start date, wants me to start early, quit my current job but they gave no written offer and was forced to find a new one, now they are asking if Im still available 4 months later. This level of unprofessionalism is spectacular. Wouldn't recommend this company if their HR and recruitment process are alredy this messed up

Pros

Benefits are top notch. HMO can be up to 4 (afaik) dependents. Has 15th month/variable bonus.

Cons

Salary for tenured employees are not being aligned based on the market, increase is low too. Not good for long-term employment.
