Micromanagement and supervisors who do not allow for work-life balance based on pressure, lack of understanding of their role, comparison of medium accounts to enterprise accounts without the knowledge of internal procedures, blaming others, and never taking ownership leading to failure. I was told that the company doesn't like questions to be made because they feel like they are doing the job, so 0 team work, Its no a WE company.The micromanagement and lack of work-life balance imposed by supervisors create unnecessary pressure and hinder their understanding of their roles. Comparing medium accounts to enterprise accounts without knowledge of internal procedures, blaming others, and refusing to take ownership leads to failure. I was told that the company discourages questions because they perceive them as a challenge to their capabilities. There is a distinct lack of teamwork at this company; it does not prioritize collaboration.
