No Pros. I feel disappointing.

Cons

After acquiring the Microfocus, the relaxed and pleasant corporate culture of the original company was destroyed. They forced you back to office. Approved relocation plan was destroyed. Internal company mails are filled with photos of major VPs. It gave me the illusion that I was working in a TV entertainment company.

Thank you for your feedback. Over time, we have seen that while virtual work has undeniable benefits, coming into the office brings about more creativity, innovation and collaboration. We remain flexible and there is also a process for colleagues to request becoming remote workers.
