14th month pay guaranteed 15th month pay depending on rating and company performance (highest i got was 200% of my basic salary) HMO 15 VL and 15 SL (VL increments as you stay in the company) You can early retire after 10 years A lot of monthly activities Good people to work with

Cons

A lot of fresh grads so u need to adjust with their behavior A lot of turnover Low salary

coworkers are great, sometimes free food

Cons

pay is not great and no raises. In fact in a few years minimum wage will catch up with what they are paying. CEO, smart guy and all over the board, but freaking rakes it in for himself.
