The salary is comparable to other Tier 2 companies.

Cons

Most of the products are legacy, so it's very hard to grow in terms of technology/learning. Work culture is not so good. Managers expect too much and people do overtime without even understanding that they are doing overwork without much reward. 3 days of office is mandatory for most of the teams.
