Only time flexibility. Good for settled people wo are having experience more than 10 years. Some people are here from 25 years

Cons

No knowledge gain. Work on legacy products. Still working on opder versions of java. No frameworks plain simple core java. Old employees will get less salary. No market correction. New employees will get more salary than experienced guys. No cab facility no cookies or lunch. Cafeteria is the worst part
