Pros

cab and food facility is good. leave planning is good

Cons

1. monthly 1:1 meeting scheduled and from there no appreciation, only they torture you to do the more task. 2. No proper planning and documentation, they put you random task expext to complete in a day. 3. mostly they forced to worked on saturday and sunday without comp-off 4. they wants complete the task before 2 months of deadline, so they can show off to US guy like how they complete early and reduces the cost. 5. every quarter frequently layoff is going on, not sure when you will be the next. 6. to much politics in higher level (specially Director, Manager and Leads) 7. for new joinee, next 2 years no planning for hike

The company’s strong commitment to continuous learning and career development creates ample opportunities for professional growth, while its global presence fosters a diverse, collaborative culture that enhances problem-solving and creativity. Cons

One challenge noted by some employees is the presence of bureaucratic processes inherent in a large, established organization. This can sometimes result in slower decision-making and reduced agility compared to smaller, more startup-like environments, potentially hindering the rapid execution of ideas and the flexibility that some professionals might prefer.
