Pros

Great teams with lots of talent.

Cons

We were an acquired company by OT. Outside of the expected employment trimming, they started to cut everything else. 1st it was our monitors, if you had 2 you had to return 1 so they can donate it to another acquired company. Most devs need 2 monitor to work if not 3. Then the bonuses were cut. To top it off was countless hands on meetings where the CEO would rattle his woke ideology and what ever new woke trend of the month he thought was important. If you were acquired, they will just strip out the IP and kill any other technologies that are in the works. This is a public traded company and the management handles it so with everything pointing to bottom lines, outside investment and more acquiring. Organic growth is a far dream.
